James Avery Craftsman offers many services and product features that make shopping with us unique.
Earring Exchange Policy
If one of the earrings you buy from James Avery Craftsman is lost or destroyed, and it is in our current line, you can purchase another pair from us for one-half the price
of the new pair plus your remaining earring. We know that
one earring alone isn't much good, and we know that accidents
do happen. So if you lose an earring or one is destroyed,
don't worry. We are working to make sure that every pair
of earrings you buy from our current line can remain as
it was intended to be - a pair.
(Note: Diamond earrings are not covered under this policy. Customers may order a half pair to replace a lost or damaged earring, as long as the design is still available.)
Complimentary First Time Soldering of Our Charms
We are happy to solder James Avery Craftsman charms for
you. First time solders of our charms are complimentary.
To have something moved or re-soldered, there is a $2.25
charge for each sterling solder and a $10.00 charge for each
14K solder. If you need several charms soldered to one item,
please specify the location and spacing you 
would
like for each of the charms.
We Offer Engraving
We offer both machine engraving in several different styles
and also hand engraving. Not all styles are available on
all pieces, and we will only engrave James Avery Craftsman
jewelry. There is a cost of $1.50 per character with a minimum
of $15.00 per item for machine engraving. Hand engraving

We Can Offer Many Different Sizes
Again, because we design, manufacture, sell and service
our jewelry, we are able to offer many of our rings and
bracelets in extended size ranges. Be sure to ask a sales
associate if the particular item you want is available in
other sizes.

Offer Gift Cards in Any Denomination
As opposed to some businesses who limit your gift card choice
to certain predetermined dollar amounts, you may order one
of our gift cards in any denomination you choose. Gift

Complimentary Gift Presentation
We will enclose the jewelry you select in a protective
flannel pouch inside our signature James Avery coral
gift box. And if you wish, we will add your personal
message on an enclosed card. These services are complimentary,
of course. At James Avery Craftsman we want to make your
gift giving as special --- and as easy --- as we can.
We Can Offer More in Our Product Line
James Avery Craftsman is a vertically integrated company.
That means we design, manufacture, sell and service most
of our products. So if an item you see is only offered in
one metal, say sterling silver, be sure to ask if it can
be manufactured in 14K, 18K or even 14K white gold, or a
combination of metals. We will be glad to give you a quote
on any piece that is available in other choices.
Our Sterling Silver Contains No Nickel
Because some people are allergic to the common metal, nickel,
and can experience skin irritation, we use copper in place
of nickel as the alloy in our sterling silver.
Our Ear Posts Are Made With Palladium
James Avery Craftsman ear posts on our sterling silver earrings
are made of an alloy of palladium and silver. Palladium
is a metal that will not oxidize and is less likely to react
with chemicals in the skin, making it hypoallergenic. It
is also much stronger than sterling
silver alone, so our ear posts are less likely to break
or bend.
