Shipping and Order Processing Information:
- Order Processing - Shipments are only processed on weekdays, orders taken on weekends will be processed the next business day. The delivery times listed are not guaranteed, notwithstanding expedited shipping methods, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift packaging and engraving, soldering, or customization of chain/leather cord lengths.
- Standard Delivery Service (UPS) - delivers your package within 5 to 10 business days from the time we ship.
- 2 Day - delivers your package within 2 business days from the time we ship. (not available in Texas)
- Overnight PM - delivers your package by 7:00 pm the next business day from the time we ship.
- Overnight AM - delivers your package by 12:00 pm the next business day from the time we ship.
- Saturday Delivery - may not be available in all areas, please call 1-800-283-1770 for more details on Saturday delivery.
(NOTE: 2 Day/AM/PM is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, and some rural areas.)
