The eye within a triangle is framed by a circle, the image depicts the never ending holiness of the Trinity. God the Son is portrayed by the Ichthus. In Greek, the first letters of the words, Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior, means "fish". The Ichthus is a widely recognized Christian symbol.
