The St. Michael Charm is 7/8" long. St. Michael is an archangel considered to be the leader of the heavenly host. He is regarded as the first and most powerful of all created spirits, and it is he whom God commanded to expel Satan and his followers from Heaven. Michael's duty is two-fold: he is to judge every soul on the last day, presenting the good to God and sending the evil ones away. As the conqueror of Satan, Michael is shown carrying a shield and a sword, sometimes of fire. St. Michael is the patron saint of police officers.
